Job Description

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience with the most recent 3-4 years in OKTA lead rolesmanaging OKTA implementation and good understating of Okta Lifecycle, OAG, IWA, OKTA ASA.
  • Strong IAM OKTA Technology Landscape Understanding 
  • Strong python and PowerShell scripting understanding
  • Focus on IAM project opportunities and transformation initiatives 
  • Strong People practice credentials in engagements and management of tech/delivery teams
  • Focus on grooming people to work on IAM OKTA Tools within select timelines 
  • Leadership experience for Governance, Dashboard based reporting and experience of:
  • Solutions – Good understanding of IAM OKTA & PAM tools and architecture
  • Delivery excellence – Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, ACSAT score 
  • Operational Excellence – Build teams and manage People parameters like Utilization, Attrition; Hygiene and internal compliances  
  • Customer Management – Establish relationship at multiple levels in customer organization 
  • Collaboration – with Account management teams in managing governance; Qualify Business expansion opportunities and contract related efforts Experience – Mandatory
