Detailed Job Description:

We are in need for an Informatica MDM support person, preferably in California time zone.

• 6 plus years of hands on Informatica MDM experience (at least 3 plus years of MDM 10.x version exp)
• 4 plus years of MDM on-site support lead experience . Strong analytical / troubleshooting skills.
• 2 plus years of database experience ( preferably oracle- this person needs to be strong in SQL.
• Good understanding of Out of the box ActiveVos workflow troubleshooting experience.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting any Provisioning tool related issues.
• Good understanding of Informatica Data quality ( 10.x). Hands on experience in supporting IDQ ETL related issues.
• Strong experience in offshore coordination.
• Good understanding in life science / med device domain.
• Good understanding in upstream and downstream integrations with MDM.

Nice to have :

Good understanding of MDM infrastructure, installation.
Understanding in MDM real time API.
