Job Description

  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software configuration and Laptop and desktop allocation/shipping to end users.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance
  • Hands-on experience with computer installation
  • IT Assets management and compliance for that location
  • Hardware platform: Laptop/ Tablet/ Handheld device L2/L3 support.
  • OS : Windows 10 OS , MAC OS, IOS ,Android
  • Install, Configure & troubleshoot the deskside tools like Office (o365, MS teams, One drive, Outlook), conferencing tools like WebEx, go to meeting etc.
  • Email Client: Outlook install, configure and troubleshoot.
  • Location compliance to be maintained ( Antivirus, patching, Disk encryption )
  • Account specific compliance to be adhered and sustained.
  • Location VIP support to be taken care:
    • Support VIP in establishing the conference calls( telecon/ video/ Dx80/ Spark ) and troubleshoot the connectivity issues.
    • Perform Daily , weekly Preventive maintenance on proactive basis to ensure the health of the IT assets owned by the VIP.
  • Coordinate with Domain team/ Vendor / OEMs to resolve the issues.
