Job Description

  • Minimum 14 to 16 Years IT experience.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 Years of SAP Successfactors Employee Central experience.
  • Must have deep knowledge in Employee Central designing.
  • Certification in Successfactors Employee Central is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2-3 implementation & 4-5 support project experience in Successfactors Employee Central Module.
  • Must have Bachelors or equivalent degree and Master’s degree prefer.
  • Technical and Professional Requirements:
  • Extensive configuration knowledge in Core EC, foundation Data, people Profile, Role Based Permission.
  • Experience in handling Concurrent employment, Contingent Work Global assignment.
  • Nice to have knowledge in EC Time Off, Timesheet, Benefit.
