Job Description:

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in Sales and Distribution
  • Minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience
  • Expert knowledge and project experience SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, Order-to-Cash processes – order management, contract management, sales master data management, price management, delivery, billing including rebate management; incentive and commission management; and claims, returns and refund management
  • Very good overview of Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4 and its integration (Document management, Finance, Logistics and Warehousing)
  • Detailed planning of process implementation and blueprinting for development requirements
  • Demonstrate deep insight or understanding of modeling standards and tools
  • Analyze and map business requirements, processes and objectives
  • Develop necessary product modifications as required by the business
  • Liaise with client for troubleshooting to investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
  • Knowledge of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks are a plus
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP Cloud Platform) is a big plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within DSM
  • Motivated, persistent, team player, drive for agility and excellence
  • Formal S/4HANA SAP certification preferred
