Seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Data Conversion Lead with expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of all the data conversion processes. The lead will work with both the implementation partner and business leadership to build tools, templates, and processes for ensuring data conversion activities are of high quality, repeatable, and effective.

In this position the ERP Data Conversion Lead will demonstrate in depth understanding of modern database and information technologies and recommend industry standards in stabilizing conversion workstream with industry standards and trends. He/she will work independently, develop creative solutions to complex problems, recommend best practices, juggle multiple priorities, connect the dots between operational, tactical, and strategic areas, and lead projects and teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Lead requirements, design and development for global data conversion and governance, including owning process flows, data maps, and standard definitions for governance across a variety of cross-functional systems and processes to improve services.
  2. Define data mapping from source system to the target system.
  3. Develop conversion templates for source data and assess the legacy data requirements.
  4. Develop and test conversion code in non-production environments by working with functional analysts, ensure all errors are captured and resolved, participate in conversions to achieve 100% conversion rate and document explainable discrepancies.
  5. Work with DevOps team to deploy and execute the conversion code to Production, monitor conversions jobs, review Production execution, resolve errors and produce reconciliation reports for business sign-off.
  6. Use data cleansing approach based on industry best practices.
  7. Design and develop reconciliation reports.
  8. Ensure data quality through systems & processes to ensure data integrity.
  9. Research and document Data Conversion processes and governance best practices.
  10. Develop and maintain the monthly KPIs for tracking and communicating change requests to stakeholders.
  11. Represents Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers, and the business community at large.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in Data Conversion and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications
  2. Experience in developing and testing data conversions for data objects in Oracle Fusion stack using Oracle Data Conversion tools like PLSQL, FBDI and HDL templates, etc.
  3. Has gone through 2-3 full lifecycle ERP implementations with focus on data conversions.
  4. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of data flow between applications
  5. Experience in working as a Subject Matter Expert in Data conversion as part of ERP implementation.
  6. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud’s Financial, Supply chain management module and Procurement module. Financial module not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables, and Accounting Hub. Supply chain management module not limited to Procurement, Order Management and Product Management. Procurement module is not limited to supplier management, sales and contracts.
  7. OTBI and BI Publisher reporting knowledge and experience
  8. 5+ years’ experience in Data Conversion and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.

Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Lead requirements, design and development for Oracle Cloud and governance, including owning process flows, infrastructure needs and standard definitions for governance across a variety of cross-functional systems and processes to improve services.
  2. This role will automate Cloud CI/CD pipeline, manage build & deployment tools, and provide cloud solutions to improve the build processes for Oracle Cloud Environment
  3. Review Cloud architecture, identify gaps and develop remediation plans.
  4. Manage Oracle Cloud environments both in non-Production and Production, work with Oracle to spin up the environments, perform.
  5. Tenancy administrator responsibilities like application subscription management and set up admin users with specific job functions.
  6. Perform integration services with IAM service for authentication and authorization.
  7. Manage environment families to associate deployment of Fusion services.
  8. Manage health and lifecycle status of the Oracle Fusion environments.
  9. Manage permitted updates to the environments and documenting it properly, so the changes are migrated across all the environments as required to meet business requirements.
  10. Manage and report environment specific performance and lifecycle metrics.
  11. Work with Infrastructure admins to enable integrations with third party applications.
  12. Work with Oracle to refresh Cloud environments, managing outage and downtime at the global level and communicating according to refresh procedures.
  13. Work with Development and Operations teams to define requirements, solutions and deliverables.
  14. Assist to create a Cloud strategy followed by a detailed plan for integration with the new IT ecosystem.
  15. Define & maintain procedures and tools to deliver releases in a repeatable and scalable manner.
  16. Develop and follow best practices/methodologies for infrastructure provisioning, application scaling & configuration management.
  17. Engineer systems and tools to support the build, integration and verification of complex software systems spanning multiple hardware platforms, mobile platforms, and cloud-based services.
  18. Work with DevOps team to deploy and execute the conversion code to Production, monitor conversions jobs, review Production execution, resolve errors and produce reconciliation reports for business sign-off.
  19. Collaborate with Information Services delivery team to implement and maintain highly scalable build and release solutions, including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management, and support for all systems.
  20. Represents company in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers, and the business community at large.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
  2. 10+ years’ experience in IT including 7+ years of experience in DevOps and Oracle Cloud Engineering
  3. Has gone through 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations with environment management responsibilities.
  4. Experience in managing Cloud environments both in non-Production and Production, working with Oracle to spin up the environments, perform tenancy administrator responsibilities like application subscription management, setting up admin users with specific job functions.
  5. Experience of integration with IAM service for authentication and authorization, preferably OKTA
  6. Experience in managing environment families to associate deployment of Fusion services.
  7. Experience in managing health and lifecycle status of the environments.
  8. Managing permitted updates to the environments and documenting it properly, so the changes are migrated across all the environments as required to meet business requirements.
  9. Experience in managing and reporting environment specific performance and lifecycle metrics.
