In the present role with Cygnus, Gulshan Hemrajani leads Business Consulting, Client Relationship Management and Service Delivery. Prior to Cygnus, Gulshan worked for 10+ years at Genpact, across different roles which included running service delivery operations and transformation projects supporting various markets and geographies, Client Relationship Management, Process Transitions, Operations Reviews and Re-engineering of Business Processes for Global Clients.
A Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Gulshan holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce, Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Commerce and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
